At the end of 2023 I said goodbye to a 20-year-long career as the Vice President of Operations leading a small business of 50 employees, and said “hello” to follow my heart — and feet — to pursue a career in the running industry.

During the 20 years working full-time while balancing marathon training with family and life demands, I also found my passion for developing and coaching my employees to reach their career goals. Now, as a running coach, my passion has transitioned to helping you achieve your distance running goals.

Mentoring and supporting others is a core part of who I am. My experience in balancing work, family, and marathon training has equipped me with valuable insights that I can now share with you.
